The stupid part is the public chooses to believe Jimi was a long hair druggy, when actually he spoke of love and peace. He was ripped off for all his money by his manager. He had the qualities any parent would want in a kid. Desire, hard work, loveable. I bet most people don't know he volunteered for Nam, and flew 26 jumps before he broke an ankle and was honorably discharged. A GREAT AMERICAN CITIZEN. Better than most of our conservative presidential candidates!!!

I don’t know why the law was not upheld. It’s a clear cut case of murder. As for Caesar, I've destroyed his pathetic betrayal of Jimi on this site:

She & Jimi were deeply in love and she arranged for Jeffreys to be fired & ‘replaced,’ which resulted in both Jimi & Devon being killed. It’s actually a tragic love story…...]
Kudos to "James". There's very few people who detect the obvious skeletal framework here for murder. As James shows us, the bones stick right out clearly for those who know how to interpret them. James deftly goes right to the heart of the matter and singles out Burdon. If there was any real investigation done on Jimi's death Scotland Yard's detectives would have pounced right on this obvious deception by Burdon. James correctly senses the obvious. When Burdon got to the Samarkand he knew right away that Jimi was dead, and being a Jeffery office insider, who was close to Jimi and his problems with Jeffery, Burdon most likely knew instantly what had happened to Jimi and why. If you look at what Burdon said, he said: "I don't remember if I went in to look at Jimi or not" and that "I couldn't bring myself to look at that mess." It's very obvious what Burdon is doing is trying to avoid committing himself to what exactly he witnessed. Does anyone believe that Burdon was called to the Samarkand because Jimi was in a life or death struggle but upon arrival didn't even go in and look at Jimi? That's what Burdon got away with and wasn't questioned over even to this day. As James wisely shows us, if we put this to normal detective interpretation, it becomes very clear that Burdon is trying to avoid admitting what he really experienced. It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to realize that when you add-up Monika's and Eric's lies it shows they were trying to cover-up their knowledge of murder. As James wisely detects above they didn't take 5 hours to clean the flat because Jimi died by accident. That delay, and the lies that were used to cover it, were undoubtedly motivated by a reaction to murder. Thank you James for doing what no other Hendrix fans will do, that is, putting the direct interpretation to this obvious evidence that is called for. Devon was going around telling people Jeffery murdered Jimi. She also had no real investigation of her death, just like Jimi.
[......I just can’t get past this feeling I get from this nobody ‘roadie’ coming out-of-the-woodwork seemingly to just cash-in on Jimi’s legacy in this morbid way…even at this late stage… And the fact remains that it was Jimi’s longtime English girlfriend from ‘66/9, Kathy Etchingham, and his drummer Mitch Mitchell’s wife, who prompted the UK authorities to re-investigate Jimi’s death in the early ‘90s, ‘and to get the woman he was with when he died, Monika Danneman, in court ON THE RECORD. This however did not occur as she killed herself in ‘96 – a day prior to the proceedings which would have found her in Contempt Of Court AND JAILED! This ‘roadie’ had NOTHING to do with any of that, and it appears he just waited for Jimi’s fans to forget about all of THAT as well......]
I think James makes a mistake with Tappy. Tappy witnessed some of the worst dirty money business Jeffery was involved with, that was the true motive for his killing Jimi. James makes a mistake in not realizing, because Tappy had this relationship, Jeffery trusted him and felt safe confessing to him. Tappy wasn't a "nobody". He ran mafia bag money for Jeffery and helped smuggle suitcases of cash to the Bahamian banks Jeffery was putting Jimi's money into. If you research the CIA's connection to those banks, and how they served as secret funding sources for wicked black operations, you'll understand the pressure Jeffery was under to keep Jimi's lawyers from investigating them.
Jeffery: "I had to do it, I had no choice."

[......With a local girlfriend scared to death and lying thru her teeth, conveniently ‘gone’ when he was killed, and the police & paramedics conveniently called 5-7 hours later anonymously, and Eric Burden refusing to call for help hours earlier…it ALL ads up to murder… And 5 months later Jimi’s REAL girlfriend, Devon Wilson, is thrown out of an 8th story window of the Chelsea Hotel in NYC, a former heroin addict now clean, and actually filming a movie on quitting heroin cold turkey! isPermaLink="false">http://www.guitarplayerscenter.com/?p=1957#comment-129703

It's weird that the brits almost universally have to establish a "we don't care" position on Hendrix's murder as if fidelity to the crown and its complicity was compulsory. All Peter is doing there is saying "Yes, indeed Jeffery was the type of character that would have pulled this off." Expressing up-front disconcern over a vicious murder and cover-up is sort of depraved in my opinion. It isn't difficult to understand why Jimi's murder went so easily undiscovered in Britain considering. "Yeah we murder precious genius guitarists - but eh we don 't care."
Caesar poses himself as an insider Hendrix expert, but if you look at his entries you can see how superficial they are right on their surface. I don't know why a major Hendrix source like Caesar would want to deny the evidence for Jimi's murder? Isn't that kind of like betrayal?
First off, Tappy's background is more than spelled-out in his book. He had enough road crew background to write a book over. Caesar destroys his own credibility by not honestly acknowledging how deep Tappy actually was into Jeffery's office and doings. He was the one whom Bob Levine chose to assist him in going to the New Jersey homes of the NY mafia Jeffery loaned money from. Tappy also ran suitcases of cash for Jeffery to the banks. Because of this special insider position in Jeffery's mafia business he trusted Tappy and that's why he confessed to him. Knowing what Tappy knew Jeffery figured he could trust him.
Caesar assures us the red wine business is "boloney" in one short sentence. However reality doesn't allow that if you consider how many cross-witnessings there were to it. When Sharon Lawrence asked Monika about the wine she reacted painfully and moaned. She then made-up a quick-excuse saying she used wine to wash some vomit off Jimi's face. However if you look at the evidence Jimi didn't have any vomit cleaned-off him when the ambulance arrived. Monika was lying in order to cover-up her knowledge that Jimi had been drowned in wine. Smart people will realize there were 4 bottles of wine traced to the flat that evening. This story has been out there for years now, yet none of witnesses have ever specifically spoken of the status of the wine bottles they cleaned-up. I assure you those bottles were empty. People don't moan painfully over false memories (or end-up dead because of them either).
This could all be quickly settled by having Caesar Glebbeek confront Dr Bannister directly and tell him to his face he is lying and the "red wine is bs". I think we would quickly see who is lying here. Bannister strictly stated he suctioned "bottles worth" of wine from Jimi Hendrix's lungs and stomach and that instead of choking on his own vomit Jimi Hendrix was drowned in red wine. Again, Caesar broadly illustrates his complete ignorance and incompetence when he says the coroner's report never reported any wine without realizing the autopsist couldn't record any wine that was already suctioned-out and disposed of at the hospital 3 days earlier. I think we are seeing the real nature of Glebbeek's proclaimed "debunking of the murder nonsense" in this one example.
What is incredible is Caesar seems to forget what he wrote in his own book. Trixie Sullivan said Jeffery knew the next day, however Bob Levine said Jeffery faked not knowing for a week. Bob said he knew he was lying but didn't want to challenge him. Jeffery was acting like a guilty man. Levine has now teamed-up with Glebbeek and issued a total denial. But it's too late and Levine's statements suspecting Jeffery are there and on the record. His embarrassing attempt to deny them is only more incriminating.
I don't know why Caesar Glebbeek of UniVibes Magazine would want to do something as foolish as deny the murder evidence, however you can be sure we will make him realize it is probably the biggest mistake he'll ever make in his Hendrix career.

It’s weird that the brits almost universally have to establish a “we don’t care” position on Hendrix’s murder as if fidelity to the crown and its complicity was compulsory. I even met MJ briefly during several lunchbreaks and can tell you , he always aspired to being a gangland mobster...he daydreamed about being rich & powerful.
Anything seedy and underhanded fascinated Jeffery.
He hated foreigners, in particular, "wogs" as he referred to them on occasions, who were taking over his beloved England.
To me, he seemed capable of doing ANYTHING to become rich, and if threatened with the sack, would do anything to prevent others from managing Hendrix.
Hendrix was definitely NO saint & Jeffery knew Jimi's weaknesses and he himself was partial to whatever scraps of delight that fell from the table( girls, drugs etc).
Certainly Jeffrey wasn't the only manager who acted this way...Johnny Winter's manager (Teddy Slatus) obviously was inspired by M.J's contribution to managerial skills.
He kept Johnny in a perpetually anaesthetised condition for decades causing irrepairable nerve damage. Again, Slatus knew Winter's penchant for substances and concentrated on this.
Winter's new manager, Paul Nelson, has stated all this.

Well, to start with, i’m NOT into conspiracy theories & now, over 40 yrs on, i’m not that bothered about what really occurred ..Saying all this, a friend of mine did once work with Michael Jeffery wayback when he was a Peckham (South London) Postal Worker.<br
