I think Hendrix was way, way over rated. I found his music to be boring and bland. Watchtower? Ok I liked that, but that’s about it.

What alot of rubbish. Jimi Hendrix was a kind sensitive,shy to a fault musical genius. Yes he played the chords and scale as you mentioned I might add something a bit different to that being a blues guitarist. Why are you so jaded.Everyone is subject to a fit of rage now and then skippy, where do you get off being so critical, introspective and personally rude. Maybe you belong in jail.ADDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Now that’s what I call a comment!
As a guitarist, I appreciate the influence Hendrix had on my style of guitaring, but I just hate the never-ending supply of low quality , rubbishy performances that keep being released year after year. They only serve to diminish the really amazing material he produced. It always gets me that he only released 5 albums while he was around!
